We are looking a Cash Collection Intern to join our growing team in Shared Service Center Europe.
Cash Collection Intern
• Support Cash Collection Team in their daily activities
• Monitor the day-to-day activities related to customer open aging
• Prepare Statements of accounts, Dunning letters, Balance confirmation in excel format
• Raise CM/DM requests on SharePoint
• Customer communication related to open balances
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Process credit or debit memos according to the company’s procedures
• Provide information to the internal organization over e-mail, or in case of audit
• Work with various internal departments
• Become part of a multinational technology leader.
• Learn a lot of new business processes

• Support Cash Application Team in their daily activities
• Download Customer payment documents from portals
• Monitor the day-to-day activities related to bank application
• Prepare payment badges in excel format
• Raise CM/DM requests on SharePoint
• Customer communication related to payment queries
• Investigate and resolve customer queries
• Process credit or debit memos according to the company’s procedures
• Provide information to the internal organization over e-mail, or in case of audit
• Become part of a multinational technology leader.

By joining our Internship program, university students and recent graduates will be able to explore banking activities through diverse training and challenges from the real practice of our leading on-market financial institution.

The main responsibilities are:

• Supports the retail credit risk lending infrastructure improvement and data enrichment in Agile mode
• Supports decision engine tool developments, maintenance, credit policy, new rules implementation and testing for the respective segments – PI & Micro
• Supports scoring models implementation and enhancements
• Provides user support, working together with IT team and vendor support, when problems appear
• Supports the E2E Retail Lending team in enrichment of product backlog and user stories preparation
