Join Axpo Bulgaria’s Procurement team and support crucial procurement processes, from contract and invoicing management to supplier coordination and system administration. Step into a key role where you’ll contribute to smooth operations and gain hands-on experience in procurement workflows.
What you will do:

  • Manage and maintain supplier contracts, focusing on IT and Professional Services, in collaboration with the Procurement Manager in Switzerland
  • Confirm needs of internal stakeholders to align procurement processes
  • Conduct compliance checks and document processes and work instructions
  • Administer contracts, invoices, offers, and related systems
  • Support demand, contract renewal, and digital signature processes
  • Provide invoicing and payments support to the controlling and accounting departments

What you bring & who you are:

  • Technical or business education at the university level, or currently in the final year
  • Proficient in office applications (databases, workflow tools, Excel)
  • Strong skills in documenting processes and work instructions
  • Experience in SAP and Ariba is a significant advantage
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
