For our new production site situated in Blagoevgrad, we are currently looking for motivated and pro-active professional for the position of Shift Supervisor to supervise the Sewing production process.
The ideal candidate would be a self-driven, pro-active and hands-on individual with strong knowledge and proven track record.

Main Responsibilities:
• Ensuring continuous and efficient operation in accordance with planned volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies;
• Managing resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets;
• Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the production unit;
• Identifying deficiencies in production area, proposing improvement activities, and overseeing implementation of actions to improve production performance;
• Identifying, recommending and managing resolution of critical product or technical equipment issues together with relevant internal teams and facility improvements as necessary;
• Collaborating with HR Management to ensure that the production unit is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed;
• Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their own potential.

Requirements:
• A Technical degree - bachelor
• Practical experience 2+ years in production and people management;
• Experience working on a production line, with supervisory experience;
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
• Good command of English language – oral and written;
Good computer skills - MS Excel
• Strong communication skills
