We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel (or Legal Assistant) to join the HEC Legal Department. This is a great opportunity for a young lawyer, law graduate, or law student to gain practical experience in international contract work, compliance, and project support within the renewable energy sector.The position provides direct mentorship from the Legal Director and Legal Counsel and involves daily collaboration with technical, commercial, and project teams.
In this role you will:
- Assisting in the preparation, review, and organization of contracts and legal documents;
- Conducting legal research and collecting information from different jurisdictions;
- Supporting contract management processes and document control;
- Coordinating signatures, filing, and archiving of documentation;
- Assisting in compliance tracking and internal reporting;
- Maintaining internal templates and supporting administrative processes within the Legal Department.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Law (completed or final-year student);
- Excellent English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a second language (Italian or Spanish) is a strong advantage and highly preferred;
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn;
- Previous internship or experience in a law firm or in-house legal team is an advantage.
