In this role you will:
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts related to EPC and/or Construction and Installation Works projects.
- Support contract administration – tracking obligations, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze contract terms and identify potential risks, claims, and variations.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure contract compliance and smooth execution.
- Prepare contract amendments, addendums, and formal correspondence with clients and subcontractors.
- Monitor contract timelines and ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Assist in documentation management and reporting related to contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations in project execution.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and external legal counsel as needed;
Key Requirements:

Law degree.

Experience in contract law, commercial contracts, or contract administration.

Strong knowledge of commercial and contract law (experience in EPC and/or Construction & Installation Works is an advantage but not mandatory).

Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Knowledge of FIDIC contracts (not required but beneficial).

Knowledge of additional languages is an advantag
