Requirements:
o Having experience in transportation is a big benefit.
o Excellent level of English (both written and verbal)
o Excellent communication and organizational skills
o Computer literacy
o Excellent team player
o Well-organized and strong attention to details
Responsibilities:
o Coordinate the scheduling technical resources (scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments over the phone/ by email)
o Act as a point of contact to the customer for all types of incidents and service request
o Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of any incident or any related issues during transit.
o Enter all work as service tickets/ loads into the system; making sure everything is entered correctly.
o Tracking loads to provide updates to the customers (whether from the dispatchers or utilizing McLeod)
