Currently, we are looking for a junior professional, who would like to join and grow with our team! If you are energetic and creative, passionate about the fields of human resources and/or IT technologies, motivated to learn more about talent acquisition and to communicate with people - we look forward to meeting you! We will teach you how to research, source and recruit. You will have the chance to learn more about numerous technologies, business sectors, communicate with international companies and be part of a great team of HR professionals.

What we expect from you:

To be proactive and efficient in reaching out to suitable candidates using various channels;
To communicate and follow up with candidates, clients and partners;
To draft job postings and post jobs on internet sites;
To screen CVs;
To manage candidate correspondence and maintain neatly organized track record using our Applicant Tracking System;
To interview and shortlist candidates;
May perform additional administrative duties and participate in execution of various HR projects;

You need to have:

Higher Education;
Excellent written and verbal English language;
Proactive atitude and willingness to find solutions;
Motivation to work, learn and develop further in the HR area;
Interest and knowledge in social media maintenance and development is a plus;
Good communication skills;
Creativity and problem solving attitude;
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
