About the Program
IMPACT is a Graduate program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Our aim is to share knowledge, experience, ideas, and vision about the world, so that together we can make history. Now, you have the opportunity to join our Digital Marketing and E-Commerce team.
What you will do:
Support collecting reports and information from Brand retail boutiques.
Conduct market visits to boutiques across Sofia.
Support visual merchandise allocation in stores.
Conduct Market analysis and retail trends.
Collect feedback data from stores/boutiques and support analysis and next steps.
Who we’re looking for:
Recent University graduates or at least 3rd year students in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Economics or Finance or similar.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Some experience in brand retail would be beneficial.
Analytical mindset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Energetic, self-driven, and well-organized person.
