RESPONSIBILITIES: • Clarify project objectives with customers • Plan, coordinate and track project realization from specification (RFQ) to mass production • Identify risks related to projects • Define project tasks and resource requirements • Lead the planning and implementation of project • Enforce compliance adherence to the contract scope on budget and on schedule • Communicate with the customer as main point of contact regarding technical requirements and schedule • Work closely with the engineering staff tracking weekly planned work and report progress • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders • Coordinates project activities • Assesses project issues and identifies solutions to meet quality • Manages all processes through ERP

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer for our team, who will contribute to the success our company.
The candidate
As the successful Process Engineer, you will need:
Degree in Engineering. Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
Great desire to work, curiosity and desire for professional development.
Very good communication skills. Processes- and results-oriented.
Strong skills to lead and guide the people, a good motivator.

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist local unit in developing the necessary capabilities to effectively control products and systems. Each day, you will ensure compliance with internal, customer, and industry requirements within a cost-effective and safe working environment. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the development and implementation of standards and test methods to ensure only compliant products, software, and services are released to the customer.
The work model for the role is onsite.
This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division in branch Petrich.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Performing respective audits (UL; VDE; CCC, etc.), documentation management and calibration of the measurement equipment.
Supporting quality control needs and activities for supplier quality, production quality, testing and validation, and engineering, as applicable in the local organization.
Executing and assisting specific quality-related training, promoting a passion for quality and integrity in all actions, with a focus on result orientation.
Collecting, recording, and evaluating data to be interpreted according to the internal ABB specifications, customer norms, and applicable national and/or global standards while maintaining a high level of integrity.

Qualifications for the role
You have at least 2 years of experience in comparable position
You are qualified in Problem solving, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma methodology
You are passionate about working in team environment and possess solution-focused approach
Technical university degree in relevant field
You are at ease communicating in English
Knowledge of SAP or EPR systems will be considered as an advantage
