Process Engineer

We are currently seeking a Process Engineer for our team, who will contribute to the success our company.
The candidate
As the successful Process Engineer, you will need:
Degree in Engineering. Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
Technical experience of Process Engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing.
Experience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up.
Great desire to work, curiosity and desire for professional development.
Very good communication skills. Processes- and results-oriented.
Strong skills to lead and guide the people, a good motivator.
High computer skills and high planning skills.
Excellent English- verbal and written.
The role
As the successful Process Engineer, you will be:
Participating actively to the product design in co-engineering mode, using appropriate methodologies.
Designing the macro-process, based on standard SMP.
Preparing introduction of new technologies if need be, with associated process validation plan.
Identifying needs of specific manufacturing equipment.
Estimating Method Time and perform a preliminary line balancing.
Completing industrial documentation: Working instructions, tools, etc.
Participating to validation of prototypes if any.
Developing specifications of industrial means for serial production.
Identifying critical process steps where to perform detailed Process FMEA and full FAI.
