We are looking for a highly creative Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing compelling visuals for both web and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency while driving high-impact digital campaigns. You will work on a wide range of projects, including website design, UI elements, landing pages, digital marketing assets, and branding materials. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and visual storytelling, allowing you to create engaging experiences that captivate users across multiple touchpoints.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Website & UI Design: Design modern, visually engaging website pages, promotional sections, UI components, and landing pages optimized for a seamless user experience;
Brand & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve the brand’s design system, ensuring consistency across all digital and web assets;
Marketing Design: Develop high-quality creative assets for web, email campaigns, social media, and online ads, ensuring a visually cohesive and engaging experience;
Custom Illustrations & Creative Content: Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to enrich brand storytelling;
User-Centered Approach: Apply UX/UI principles to ensure usability and functionality in digital designs, collaborating with developers when needed;
Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web design, digital marketing, and interactive media, implementing innovative ideas that set the brand apart.
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
3+ years of experience in web and graphic design;
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in website design, branding, and digital marketing materials;
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other web design tools;
A deep understanding of modern web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design techniques;
Ability to create and maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms.
Experience designing for landing pages, marketing campaigns, and promotional website sections;
Strong conceptual thinking and ability to own projects from idea to execution.
Understanding of conversion-driven design principles for optimizing engagement and user retention;
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to give, receive, and implement feedback effectively.
