Store Manager
As Store Manager, you work strategically and seek continuous improvement in how to streamline operations to provide a fantastic customer experience in your store. You ensure that your team is well-trained and customer-oriented, and you work actively with succession planning and talent development.
Key responsibilities:
• Analyze and regularly follow up on sales and profit KPIs and act accordingly to maximize results
• Together with the Team management, prioritize actions that have a clear impact on sales
• Give feedback to the Area team to ensure a good level and the right amount of clothing to support sales
• Ensure that the execution of the store continuously meets H&M standards and follow them using the customer Audit tool
• Actively work with talent and leadership development in the store in order to support business needs
• Ensure regular and clear communication to the store team about the company's performance, corporate culture and values, and goals globally and locally
• Strengthen our corporate culture by promoting feedback in our daily work

• Previous experience of leading and managing teams
• Good knowledge of English language
• Motivation to develop & contribute to the business growth
