We are looking for an Intern Back Office Support to join our Confirmations Handling team. In this role, you will ensure seamless transaction execution and deal lifecycle management, as well as utilize your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accuracy in our operational processes. What you will do

Tracking and managing all daily trading activity
Managing daily transactions and handling of both electronic and manual confirmation matching processes
Handling of Gas and Power Origination Full Supply confirmations exchange
Executing daily checks of trades in a variety of systems: Endur, DeCoS, EMIS, fCM, eCM, Ponton
Maintaining existing and updating new counterparty setups and mappings
Resolving day-to-day issues and cases with both external and internal stakeholders
Resolving differences in disputes for trades with external stakeholders
Endur backlog maintenance and clean-up for all LE under the Confirmations Handling Team scope

What you bring & who you are

Vocational training or other relevant education
Very good MS Office skills
Ability to set priorities and goals as well as to change priorities at short notice
Attention to details
Service and customer orientation
Adaptability to a dynamic environment
Fluency in English, other foreign languages are advantage
