Talent Acquisition/Talent Development Intern
ROLE OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition/Talent Development Intern.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Support the coordination and scheduling of interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and status updates.
Participate in job postings to attract top talent.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and career days.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Development (TD) teams if needed.

WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

Minimum second-year university student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and training-related activities.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet short deadlines.
Proactive, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.
Good computer literacy (MS Office applications).
Working proficiency in English.
Knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.
