Quality Manager (m/f)
Your tasks:
Responsibility for the quality management of the plant acc. to IATF 16949:2016
Execution of internal and external product and process audits
Responsibility for quality personnel
Complaint management with the interfaces customer / supplier and German headquarter
Consulting, information and training of the company departments about quality topics
Check and release of QM documents
Work with our CAQ software
Reporting to the Plant Management
Your profile:
Successfully completed technical study, technical apprenticeship or a similar education
Very good norm knowledge about IATF 16949:2016 or alternatively DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
Work experiences in the area of quality assurance / quality control in a production company, preferable in the automotive industry
Safe handling of check & measuring equipment, experiences in inspection equipment monitoring desirable
Master the following AIAG Core-Tools: SPC, 8D-Methode (5-Why, Ishikawa), APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA
Experience in the execution of internal and external product and process audits, training to internal auditor desirable
First experience in leading a quality team desirable
Recognition and understanding of technical processes and relations
High reliability, high responsibility and quality awareness
Fluently written and spoken English
Fluently written and spoken German desirable
Willingness to travel to the German plant
