Payroll Specialist
About the role
As the Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely and correct handling of matters concerning the day-to-day payroll, including correspondence with the assigned clients. In this job your main goal will be to ensure that TMF’s clients in Bulgaria are provided with efficient, professional, and high-quality services which meet all statutory obligations across payroll.
Through work for various clients from different industries, you will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge in the field of Payroll.

Key responsibilities:
•Collection off necessary information from clients that are needed for payroll run;
•Payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate employee payments for clients;
•Deliver payroll insights to clients;
•HR administration;
•Written communication with clients, state authorities or other third parties;
•Labor legislation compliance;
•Social security and health insurance compliance;
•Keep up to date with changes in payroll and labor legislation;
•Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.

About you
The successful candidate is analytical and methodical with experience in end to end payroll cycle. Possesses knowledge of local payroll regulations coupled with strong communication abilities. Integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills are highly valued attributes.

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:
•University degree in Accounting/Finance or similar;
•At least 3 years of previous experience with payroll calculations
•Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is compulsory;
•Ability to work independently and as a part of a team;
•Analytical and systematical approach to work;
•Great proficiency in adhering to timelines;
•Diligence in performing work;
•Very good command of English (both verbal and written)
