Duties and responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the registration of contracts, changes in circumstances, in the National Revenue Authority (NRA) system, and sick leave documentation in NSSI.
- Calculates, keeps and follows salary, bonus, reward, overtime, and additional benefit records of employees.
- Work with electronic signature.
- Providing payroll services to corporate clients.
- Consulting and proposing solutions to payroll issues for clients.
- Keep records of sickness leaves & annual leaves.
- Manage the STIL system.
- Delivering excellent client service.
- Working in a team of qualified, highly motivated professionals.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and being resourceful in making them happen.
Requirements
- 1-to-3-year experience in payroll and HR services.
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant field.
- Knowledge of labour and social security legislation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for client deliverables and communications.
- Knowledge of Payroll Programs and MS Office.
- Efficiency and effectiveness when it comes to deadlines.
