About The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at Montway, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and support for our customers and carriers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact between customers and carriers assigned to deliver vehicles.
- Handling inbound calls, text messages, and emails related to auto transport quotes, booking confirmations, pick-up and delivery updates, billing, and order changes.
- Providing accurate information on pricing, delivery status, and resolving issues promptly.
- Entering data into the CRM system for processing orders, accessing previous orders, providing quotes, shipment instructions, and delivery updates.
- Researching and addressing customer inquiries.
- Offering suggestions to improve customer service operations and enhance processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and refined telephone communication.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer support/sales is a plus.
- High School diploma.
