This role involves quoting and bidding on auto shipments, engaging with potential customers, and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service.

That’s why we’re looking for a talented Customer Service Agent to join us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for deals.
- Manage email communications, with a focus on underbidding the price of the competition.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries across various communication channels.
- Respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to changing environments.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Successful completion of required training.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be based in Montana.

- Work shifts aligned with U.S. Central Standard Time (CST).
- Hybrid work model: 70% in-office, 30% remote.
