We are successfully operating more than 20 offline and online stores (OKAIDI, MINISO, SALAMANDER, ECCO, MANGO, ORSAY) in all major cities in the country.
Relating to our further development in Bulgaria, we are looking for a talented professional to support our growth in the role of:
Brand manager
Your Role:
As a Brand Manager, you will be expected to maintain the overall responsibility of further development of one of our brands. You will be the head of the brand, leading the day-to-day operations and managing the business efficiently. You will be a role model for memorable management skills and customer service. Through inspirational leadership, you will lead your team to achieving strategic goals and sales targets.
Job Description:
• Managing all business processes, including commodity, HR, logistics, and sales;
• Providing leadership for the team, and implementing and tracking the standards and philosophy of the brand, while inspiring the team to achieve them;
• Maximizing productivity and obtaining the highest level of profitability of the stores;
• Driving performance and rapid growth, through excellent operational and commercial execution;
• Communicating and establishing long-lasting business relationships with colleagues and partners;
• Achieving the given sales targets, productivity, and bottom-line profit objectives;
• Controlling all expenses and KPI data, to improve conversion rates and profitability.


Professional Expertise and Requirements:
• Management experience in retail on a similar level;
• Marvelous analytical skills, including strong numerical understanding;
• Marvelous customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Solid experience in HR management and team member recruitment;
• The ability to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mindset, continuously thinking of ways to develop the brand, drive sales, and manage the costs;
• The ability to travel internationally;
• The ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment;
Required characteristics, skills, and education:
• Being an outgoing and communicative person;
• Being accepting of constructive criticism;
• Being professional, loyal, and discreet;
• Being up-to-date with current trends;
• Being up-to-date with social media and technologies;
• Having an advanced level of English and Bulgarian, both written and verbal;
• Having at least a University Bachelor’s Degree.
A plus would be considered:
• Having a degree in mathematics.
• Knowing a second foreign language.
