IT On-Site Support Intern

The StarShip program is a one-year internship designed to help you gain valuable knowledge about end user IT support.
The position can be considered a natural career path for people with aspirations to develop further in an enterprise environment and offers a wide variety of possibilities to become an IT Support Engineer in Eviden Bulgaria
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems related to:
MS Windows Operating Systems
Desktop applications
MS Office, Mail client, etc.
LAN
Printing
• Perform HW setup; system software installation and configuring; application software installation; connection configuring; local area network setup and management; printing setup
• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users.
Requirements:
• 3rd-4th year student in Information Technologies/Computer Science/Communications or other related field
• IT infrastructure knowledge/interests
• Basic knowledge of operating systems
• Familiar with ITIL
• Excellent communication skills
• English: B2 or above
