SAP BW Application Support Intern

The StarShip program is a one-year internship designed to help you gain valuable knowledge in working with one of the biggest and most complex BW implementations in Europe, handling ETL processing and perform system monitoring and troubleshooting, assisting and participating in handling of incident requests and service requests supporting customer needs, and you will make your first steps in ABAP programming.
The position can be considered a natural career path for people with aspirations to develop further in an enterprise environment and offers a wide variety of possibilities to become part of BI/BW team in Eviden Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
• Learn SAP BW through hands-on experience, working with senior consultants to develop expertise
• Participate in maintenance and support the data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, ensuring accurate and timely data transfer to SAP BW.
• Provide support to end-users on SAP BW related issues, ensuring prompt resolution of all issues reported.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP data warehousing problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful support of SAP BW functionalities.
Requirements:
• 3rd - 4th-year students or recently graduated looking for a fresh career start
• Area of study: Programming, Data Modeling, Design Patterns, Data Analytics, Big Data, Business Intelligence is an advantage
• Self-driven personality, have analytical thinking and capability of examining complex solutions, fast learner with proactive approach toward complicated tasks, enthusiastic to be part of a growing team & industry
• English: B2 or above
