Facilities Technical Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Аdministration and archiving of the department's documentation;
Creating purchase requisitions in the company's system and overseeing of their approval processes; Conducting regular walks in order to determine if any maintenance or repair actions from the team is needed;
Other general but related tasks, based on the manager's request.
Job Requirements:
High school degree;
Good English language skills is a plus;
Previous experience is not mandatory, but would be considered an advantage;
Basic knowledge of Electrical installations and HVAC would be also considered an advantage;
Computer literacy - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Teamwork, organizational and communication skills.
