SAP Sales Application Support Intern

The StarShip program is a one-year internship designed to help you Gain valuable knowledge about SAP ERP S4 Hana and Hybris basics navigation and customizing the system in SAP Sales area (Integrated order management) - Order, deliveries, activities processing, working with different transaction code to analyze the system and system documents in SAP.
You will also get experience in preparation of technical specifications to translate business needs to the development teams (prepare development specification by SAP consultant) and preparation of technical documentation.
The position can be considered a natural career path for people with aspirations to develop further in an enterprise environment and offers a wide variety of possibilities to become a Business Systems Support Consultant, SAP consultant, etc. in Eviden Bulgaria.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in the implementation and support of SAP S4 HANA ERP and SAP Hybris
• Work with SAP Sales and Distribution module in Integrated Order Management process – support and implement the Sales order, create and implementation of custom reports and transaction codes
• Work with Fiori application in SAP S4 Hana; Follow the Incident Management Process to support and investigate the issues with SAP systems
• Support issues with SAP Hybris Web Shop
• Assist the team to analyze and document system / application behavior
• Participate in preparation and update of technical documentation; understand the scope of the services, technical and business requirements, understand the components and interfaces.
Requirements:
• 3rd - 4th year student in Information Technologies / Computer Science / Business Administration or other related field
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, customer focus
• Self-organized, effective learner and team player
• English: B2 or above
• Strong interest in SAP systems
