Internship in Storage or Server
During the IBM Internship Program 2024 you will have the opportunity to learn about IBM’s organization, its business processes, and the culture of high-performance that is promoted within the company. This will help you to understand how IBM operates and what it values as an organization.
You will also receive mentorship from experienced professionals within IBM.
You as trainees will be skilled and developed to work in various departments across IBM organization in Bulgaria.
You will be given practical skills and experience.
Program overview:
Duration: 6 months
Working time: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible schedule)
Location: IBM Client Innovation Center – Sofia Airport Center
Hybrid working model: 3 days onsite, 2 days home office
Paid Internship + Standard Benefits package
Expected start: June/ July 2024

Multi-Vendor Support Storage or Server – IBM Multi-Vendor services team offers a broad portfolio of support and project-based services based on non-IBM Software and Hardware products. Our technical team has got breadth and depth of knowledge in various Community open source products, operating systems, storage solutions, enterprise servers and networking such as RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu, OCP, K8S, Windows server, SQL Server, Microsoft Active directory, Azure, M365 platform, and Server & Storage – Dell, Hewlett Packard, Lenovo, Netapp, Fujitsu, Sun Oracle. If you want to develop yourself in the area of troubleshooting, administration and consulting, this is the right place for you.
Logo Storage Remote Technical Support – You will have the chance to work with professionals in the following Storage fields: Data Protect, Virtualization & Storage Software, Enterprise Flash & Disc, Remote Code Load. You will monitor the troubleshooting process on hardware/ software failures, installation, usage and configuration. You will collaborate with senior engineers to provide problem determination/ source identification, define and drive action plans.
Power Server Remote Technical Support – As part of our program you will be able to gain knowledge and experience in the IBM family of servers that are based on IBM Power processors capable of running IBM AIX, IBM i and Linux. Our aim is helping the world’s largest enterprises respond faster to business demands, protect their data from core to cloud, and streamline insights and automation.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
Recent graduate or university student with relevant studies as per above dimensions, such as Network technologies, Telecommunications, Computer Hardware, Electronics, etc.
Fluency in English language
Able to communicate effectively with a customer-oriented attitude
