As a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist with Hebrew and English you will:
- Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content, and ensure compliance with established policies
- Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
- Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks
We are looking for someone with:
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable processing sensitive information
- Strong ability to defend decisions and provide context with logical reasoning
- Ability to identify patterns in behavior to enhance decision-making
- Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work
- Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in Hebrew
- B2 or higher English language skill

Отговорности:
-Да действа като инвеститорски контрол на обекта;
-Даръководи и координира Главния Изпълнител на обекта;
-Да комуникира открито и своевремнно с Проектовия Ръководител, Клиента и останалите участници в строителството;
-Да следи изпълнението на строителните дейности на обекта, като проверява дали проектите се изпълняват в съответствие с одобрените планове и спецификации;

-Да следи за спазване на сроковете за изпълнение на различните етапи от строителството;
-Да води редовни срещи със строителния екип на Главния Изпълнител и подизпълнителите за обсъждане на напредъка, проблемите и необходимите корекции в процеса на работа;
-Да комуникира ефективно с Клиента, проектантите и други заинтересовани страни, за да осигури яснота относно изискванията и очакванията за изпълнението на проекта;
-Да подготвя и поддържа документация на обекта, включително, отчети за напредъка, протоколи за извършени работи и проверки на качеството;
-Да следи за прилагането на мерките за здраве и безопасност на обекта;
-Да координира и управлява процедурите за финално предаване на обекта, включително инспекции и тестове за качеството на изпълнените работи.
Изисквания за длъжността:
-Най-малко 3 години опит на ръководна позиция в строителството, с доказан опит в управлението на обекти и екипи;
-Висше образование по строително инженерство, архитектура или друга релевантна специалност;
-Отлични познания по строителни технологии, материали и методи на работа;
-Опит в работа с проектна документация, чертежи и спецификации;
-Опит в жилищно строителство е предимство;
-Владеене на Английски Език е предимство;
-Умения за решаване на проблеми и вземане на решения в динамична и предизвикателна среда.

CNC /PRODUCTION MACHINES/ OPERATOR /on site/
Responsibilities:
o Ensures the preparation, adjustment and operation of machines, equipment and tools.
o Prepares material for assigned work in accordance with documentation.
o Checks the quantity, appearance and quality of manufactured parts.
o Performs measurements of parts according to relevant documentation.
o Ensures basic maintenance and cleaning of machines, equipment and tools according to the regulations for the assigned workplace.
o Maintains proper storage of gauges, tools, jigs and workpieces.
o It implements the write-off of production operations in production orders, production manuals and the information system.
o Complies with all requirements resulting from internal documents of the company's management system (e.g. directives, instructions, procedures, regulations, etc.) and customer requirements.
o Complies with all requirements and rules in the field of health and safety, occupational health and safety, the environment and the handling of chemical substances and mixtures.
o Participates in continuous improvement projects and activities.
o Participates in controls and audits of compliance with external or internal standards.
o Role model for all other company employees, suppliers and other external partners in the area of compliance with internal and external legislation.
Requirements:
o Professional high school degree – technical specialty.
o Professional experience.
o Good command of English in terms of reading and speaking.

o Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision.
