Overall Purpose and Objective of Position
This position is responsible for human resources activities, mainly administrative and system-related, in support of the HR Team. Responsibilities include HR administration, HR systems management, monthly payroll data - collecting and providing to the Payroll vendor, employee relations, maintenance of employee records, communication of Company’s Human Resources policies and procedures, etc.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions
• Manage on-going HR operational support including the onboarding, movement and termination of employees, guidance on compensation and benefits (insurance and taxes) administration of payroll (outsourced).
• Conduct initial onboarding to newly hired employees and support leaving employees with administrative processes
• Responsible for the accuracy of payroll information and for providing the relevant data for processing the payroll (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
• Respond to employees’ requests regarding human resources questions issues, processes rules and regulations
• Manage the communication and relationship with relevant public services and authorities
• Support the HR team in handling cases related to complaints and grievance procedures
• System administrator for HR system and absence/attendance management system (Workday)
• Ensure data privacy and security documentation is effective and in place at all times and any changes or new enhancements go through privacy reviews as required.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulatory guidelines to ensure the uniform and equitable treatment of all Team Members.
• Maintain Human Resource Information System records for multiple locations and compile reports from database for internal use
• Ensure the accuracy of employees records by compiling and updating their personal files (hard and soft copies)
• Provide organizational and administrative support to the HR team
• Prepare and create different reports relating to employees lifecycle

Education/Professional Certifications/Licenses
The following are the basic qualifications
• About 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A working experience with other EMEA countries is a strong asset.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong, positive relationships with both internal and external clients.
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
• Ability to represent the Company in professional meetings and recruitment events with prospective candidates.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Attention to details, self-directed and motivated.
Preferred
• General knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday, 1C)

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field
