We specialize in providing customer support and risk management services to the clients of leading gaming platforms worldwide.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who has a great eye for intuitive and functional design and loves solving complex user problems. You have a consistent drive to learn and excel, without spoon-feeding or micro-management. You enjoy collaborating with business stakeholders and technical developers. Working with your fellow designers, you strive to uncover issues, translating insights into concepts.

On a typical day, your tasks will be to:

• Conduct research to discover pain points and needs on both the user and business side, using interviews, benchmarking, competitor analysis, etc.
• Synthesise research data, document insights, and opportunities through journey map, persona, storyboard, application map, task flow, etc.
• Plan and facilitate co-creation workshops
• Translate concepts and requirements into wireframes and user flows
• Create and test prototypes
• Design interfaces and solutions based on established UX and UI principles
• Prioritise concepts and functions based on business/user needs and technical constraints

We expect you to have these experiences and quality:

• 3+ years of experience in web / mobile design
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD and highly experienced in developing wireframes and design assets for development
• Past work demonstrating keen attention to detail, user empathy, and UX principles
• Proficiency and experience in UX methodology such as stakeholder/user interviews, persona mapping, problem framing, prototyping, usability testing, etc.
• Excellent communications and presentation skills and ability to work across both business and technology stakeholders
• Experience in working with agile technical development
• A good working command of English
• Excited and passionate about digital technologies
