This is a position located in Blagoevgrad, a small office with an easy going call center environment. The position is an Online Customer Support / Price Bidding Agent and requires Intermediate level of English. The candidate needs to be able to understand mostly written messages. Speaking in English is not required, only reading and writing short intermediate level texts. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • As a support staff you will work with American customers and provide support online • You will assist customer by asking and answering question at an online bidding platform similar to eBay • As an online bidding agent you will work with already prepared questions and answers, but you can edit • You will also learn how to calculate correct prices from a US national dispatch boards, in order to provide current bids • You will have to collaborate with a manager and co-workers from sales and dispatch department • Resolve customer service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up to ensure resolution

Skills and Experience Required: • 2-3 years customer service experience in a dynamic environment • Accurate typing, data entry skills; Microsoft Office knowledge experience • Strong customer service skills, with a demonstrated ability to address customer needs and requirements • Must be able to demonstrate decision making and problem solving skills • Effective communication skills, to include: written and verbal thinking on your feet • Effective time management and organizational skills. • Ability to work autonomously as well as to take directions • Must be able to work within a dynamic and team oriented environment Education: Associates Degree/ some college or Bachelor Diploma preferred.
