Кратко представяне

Purpose of the role

Champion a sustainable development culture to ensure technical capabilities are established in the site to support and contribute to site business strategy. Design and delivery effective capability building programs in the site, and role based training per each role, focusing on required technical skills. Implementation of effective and efficient training methods and knowledge transfer that best fits the target audiences’ needs. To lead effective onboarding programs. This includes systems training with the learning solutions being delivered as a blend of face to face, e-Learning and other self-directed learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and delivery of all learning and development solutions in conjunction with the relevant subject matter experts and key stakeholders
  • Initial consultancy/diagnosis of technical training needs to ensure that training solutions are proactive and support the strategic direction of the site
  • To unify and support the operators’ training in alignment with the new global operator's career path, proposed by the agile operating mode
  • Enhance Supervisors’ managerial skills to align with the new role requirements
  • To own and lead local and global technical training programs in the site with the support and guidance of Global TGO L&D
  • Design, coordination and delivering of effective induction and on-boarding activities in accordance with the company training and development policy
  • To provide tools and enhance mentoring skills of trainers and mentors in the sites
  • Support, lead and motivate the team of technical trainers and mentors to ensure their performance is maximised
  • Works in close partnership with the HR and GMP training team


  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in organizational training and development practices and methods
  • Very good knowledge and understanding of business processes and corporate culture
  • Ability to manage complex programs and complex organizational structures
  • Experience in organizing the training process in a pharmaceutical company or other production will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent command of English
  • Tech savvy and an interest in using technology to succeed
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Business partnership approach to identifying organisational training needs
