  • Handling Business Clients Technical requests 
  • Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
  • Analyzing clients' problems and providing relevant solutions
  • Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support


  • Fluent in French, confident in English 
  • Willing to take night shifts during the week 
  • Willing to take 24/7 shifts during the weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to communicate with business customers
  • Interested in resolving technical issues
  • A team player
