For one of our clients – a visionary offering global services in the field of customer engagement. We are on a search for bright, friendly, and customer-oriented problem-solvers for the role of Technical Support Representative with Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Czech, German, Dutch and English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling technical issues via phone, chat and email;
* Helping generate additional revenue via selling and provisioning addition line services and
products;
* Maintaining B2B communication with potential and new clients after contract signing;
* Working out the bugs and errors found when starting implementation process;
* Striving towards providing high quality service with each interaction;
* Collaborating with others and supporting them when needed.

Requirements:
* Fluency in one of the main languages and advanced English language skills;
* Experience in tech-support or another IT or networking role;
* Previous experience with VoIP and knowledge of OSI 7 layers (focus is on the first 4 layers);
* IT, telecommunications or networking certification is desirable;
* Adaptable, focused on problem-solving, able to work in a dynamic environment;
* Team-player attitude and great communication skills.
