Our company is growing larger and we are looking to hire additional personnel for our technical support department.
Responsibilities include:
- Front line customer support via email and ticket system in English.
- Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language are a must.
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and complete work as expected.
- Ability to multi-task and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
- Knowledge of FTP, DNS, HTML, PHP, MySQL, and Emails troubleshooting will be considered a plus.
