• You have excellent language skills in German (C1 level)
• You have upper-intermediate to fluent English language skills

As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:
• Monitoring, operating, managing, troubleshooting and restoring services
• Resolve help desk hardware and software issues
• Record incidents and service requests
