What the role looks like:

  • Achieve your revenue-based quota by renewing products/services.
  • May have to offer upsell opportunities when applicable.
  • Work within the dedicated territory for clients.
  • Provide accurate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly sales forecast.
  • Product knowledge and understanding of services to effectively assess client needs and requirements.
  • Guide customers through onboarding after product purchase and promote strategic adoption of product(s) enhancing the customer experience, establishing optimal usage behaviors and accelerating the customer's time to value.
  • Manage customer contacts by phone and email each day – majority of communication is outbound.
  • Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner.
  • The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00AM - 17:30PM.


Your Profile:

  • Fluent in Polish and English language – both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a customer service or sales environment will be considered as an advantage.
  • Prior success in achievement of individual and/or team sales quota/goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment while developing positive customer relationships.
  • Aptitude and success to learn and optimize new technology and data.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written);
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with proven success.
