About the position

• Lead the team to maintain hardware and software.
• Resolve issues with other teams, respond to requests.
• Organize and prioritize the team's work.
• Help design and maintain the office networks and VPNs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of agile processes, experience with JIRA or similar software.
• Advanced knowledge of networks and network adapters - strong experience in DNS, DHCP, routers and switching.
• Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining Windows Server 2016+, Active Directory.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Group policies.
• Strong experience in multiple remote control softwares.
• Experience in virtualisation software of any kind and usage of VMs.
