Your challenges will be to:

• Managing a team of Brand owners through monitoring, guiding & supervision to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization.
• Monitoring the progress of tasks & projects and ensuring they stay on track based on deadlines, budgets, and other constraints.
• Participating in strategic planning with other managers within Value marketing department to identify new opportunities for growth within the company.
• Develop action plans and control whether they are followed in order to achieve timely go to market.
• Establishing and enforcing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government regulations and industry best practices.
• Establishing goals for team members and providing regular feedback on performance to help them improve.
