Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining the company’s office and data center infrastructure, operating systems, services and applications as part of our goal of zero downtime. 
The primary duties will be to support employees in the Sofia, Bulgaria office, while also participating in the Global IT Support function as well.
Tasks will include working with workstations, servers, auto-deployment platforms, system monitors, hot failover setups, monitoring security and online status as well as web application and database installs and version upgrades.

Who You Are?

First and foremost, you are a technologist at heart. You are highly collaborative, genuinely enjoy working with/helping others and able to work projects thru to completion with minimal supervision.:

In addition, you have:

• 2-4 years IT experience supporting a variety of platforms / technologies / applications in an enterprise type of environment;
• In-depth experience with Microsoft Windows 10 Professional and Office 365;
• Administration skills across multiple OS environments (Windows, OS-X, Linux);
• Proficiency with computer hardware and peripherals;
• DNS, TCP/IP, Firewall experience;
• Dedication to continuous improvement of system performance, security and stability;
• Good communication skills and a passion for documentation

An advantage will be any of the following:

• Bachelor in computer science or equivalent industry experience;
• Experience configuring and maintaining Linux based servers;
• Single Sign-on, JumpCloud, SAML, LDAP;
• Fortinet Firewall and VPN Solutions;
• Atlassian software - Jira / Service Desk / Confluence;
• Communication tools - Slack, G-Suite, Zoom, video conferencing;
• AWS skills, specifically EC2, RDS, S3, Route53;
• PostgreSQL knowledge and server administration;
• Experience with CI/CD systems using GitLab, Jenkins or Bamboo;
• Familiar with monitoring tools like Nagios and Grafana;
• Orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible
