For our dynamic Input Operations team in Sofia office, we are looking for a 

STATISTICAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

What’s the job?

Within the Input Operations team, you will make a difference by providing an efficient and relevant panel maintenance, in order to deliver representative sample for both regular deliveries and company projects. Concretely, you will:

• Execute the production activities of the assigned panel/industry in collaboration with the other operational teams
• Be responsible for quality and delivery commitments
• Elaborate projects specifications and plan
• Look for and implement the right technical solutions in partnership with local and global experts
• Monitor the output regarding delivery, level of quality, number of requests and incidents, populating respective KPIs and develop an action plan for improvement
• Investigate data inquiries /challenges with local teams
• Take part in regional /global company initiatives

You’re a confident & enthusiastic person able to manage a varied workload in autonomy. The minimum requirements are:

• Student/Fresh graduate or Bachelor's degree (Econometric /Statistic, Mathematic, Engineering, Economy, Marketing) or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – mostly Excel
• Knowledge of English is a must - written & spoken
• Good time management & planning skills
• An open mindset to learn about the technical side of the operations production platform
• Basic /intermediate R or other statistical packages will be considered as an advance
