Job Description

Minerva is looking for a Senior Front-end JavaScript Developer as a part of Minerva’s Web Development Team which developing client-side IPTV software.
Our product provides the delivery of carrier-grade video services, including live television, Electronic Program Guide (EPG), video on demand (VOD), pay-per-view (PPV), digital video recording (DVR), whole-home DVR, network DVR, interactive application widgets, and over-the-top (OTT) content over an IP network.

As a member of the Web Development Team, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of Minerva’s product suite, especially client-side UI code for Set Top Box devices.
The position is focused on development of applications for the IPTV functionalities on Set top boxes, content discovery, scheduling and media playback.

Required Skills & Knowledge
∙ 3+ years of JavaScript UI development experience
∙ Experience with ES6+ and OOP JS development
∙ NodeJS (Grunt, Bower, etc.) is a must
∙ Experience developing single page web applications
∙ Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON objects
∙ Experience with RequireJS, webpack module bundler
∙ HTML5 experience and responsive designs
∙ Good understanding about different technologies for debugging web apps
∙ Experience in developing web apps for embedded devices is a plus
∙ PHP development experience is a plus
