·         Strong SQL programming experience with Microsoft SQL Server including experience writing stored procedures and defining views

·         Experience developing customized reports using a tool like SSRS or Power BI – a must

·         Expertise in the use of Microsoft applications; specifically Excel and Access

·         Excellent project management skills

·         Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

·         Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

·         Fluent English – a must

·         Providing support to the various departments and management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results based on the needs of end users.

·         Collaborating with various function teams such as marketing, research, and IT to achieve business results.

·         Gain familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

·         Proactive attitude towards continuous business optimization.
