JOB SUMMARY:

STS Medical Group is an International Group, a leading European player specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of medical devices, and custom procedure trays (CPT) designed and customized for surgical theaters. STS totals 6 Companies across Europe, including a major production hub located in Bulgaria.

The role of Sourcing analyst is part of Strategic Sourcing team. This individual will be reporting to the Corporate Director, Strategic sourcing.

The Sourcing Analyst delivers a competitive advantage by supporting initiatives to enhance value drivers – cost, quality, and service. The jobholder will be a sourcing professional who has experience managing RFPs, Sourcing activities and benchmarking ; she/he will work in deep partnership with internal and external partners, to help envision and deliver capabilities that enable STS Medical success.

Position is opened for 1 year contract

Job Duties:

• Manage daily customer price requests from all CS, Calculation, PM teams

• Manage the supplier cost increase request: calculate impact, review alternative, inform suppliers of our policy

• Manage supplier invoice discrepancies

• Manage Monthly reporting of sourcing spend and KPIs

• Maintain Supplier data base (business conditions, incortem, etc)

• Manage Supplier price updates into all ERPs

• Support RFQ preparation: collection of documentation, spend data, NDAs, technical spec, fup samples,

• Identify new suppliers and collect their company profiles

• Support business intelligence including global market trends, competitive benchmarking, rigorous analysis of market drivers and cost structures.

• Periodic travel to supplier’s manufacturing sites will be required

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, supply chain or engineering,

• 1+ years’ sourcing management experience including analysis, negotiations and supplier management
