We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Software Developer for our Business Tools Department. You will be responsible for creating samples that will help our customers understand the full capability of our product. Our applications are cross-platform, you will be working across mobile, web and desktop. The ideal candidate should have a development background with a knack for writing concise code. 


Your Primary Responsibilities: 

• Work on technical, developer-oriented documentation.
• Create all samples ranging from introductory to complex level. 
• Fix complex bugs in existing samples. 
• Update/support existing technical documentation and samples. 
• Collaborate with release engineering to ensure documentation and samples are published/packaged correctly for customer consumption. 
• Collaborate with our technical writers on new features, ensuring that all introduction, how to and walkthrough topics are covered. 
• Work with SEO team to ensure internal SEO goals are met. 
• Create release notes for different products.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, support, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Formal education in computer science, software engineering, or related, or equivalent on-the-job experience. 
• Prior software development experience. 
• Prior experience in supporting and debugging software. 
• Prior experience in writing documentation. 
• Experienced in C#, and one other language, such as JavaScript/Web, ObjectiveC/Swift/iOS, or Java/Android
• Experience with Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server and/or git. 
• Ability to clearly and concisely write code.
