We are looking for our team in Sofia for a Service Desk Engineer.
The person will be a part of our EMEA/US IS Service Desk with a goal to ensure a good service level to our users.

Main tasks will be to:
Provide front line technical support to the company employees by responding to incidents and requests utilizing internal ITSM software.
Act as the first point of contact for Service desk support and assist Level II with more complex tickets.
Provide troubleshooting and support for Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and a wide variety of 3rd party applications (Browsers, Windows family operating systems).
Provide troubleshooting and support for PCs, Laptops, Peripherals and Network devices.
Leverage Level 2 teammates for troubleshooting and procedural support.
Build and distribute application deployments.
Develop, maintain, and provide documentation for internal procedures and user guides.
Perform other IT duties as per assignment and support the team by being highly collaborative.

The profile needed is:
University degree in information technology or similar and good IT skills.
Microsoft windows desktop operating systems troubleshooting skills.
Microsoft office applications troubleshooting including Office 365.
Network, printer, mobile, and computer hardware troubleshooting skills.
Communication skills, problem solving mindset and desire to continue to learn and grow beyond the current role.
Experience using ServiceNow or any other ITSM solution and fluent English.
