What you will do:
• Implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and increase market share;
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential Partners through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities;
• Lead negotiations and close deals with Partners, manage contracts and pricing agreements;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Partners, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
• Provide sales reports and analysis to senior management, and provide recommendations for improvements to sales processes and strategies;
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales materials and presentations, and participate in product development discussions to understand and communicate customer needs;
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments;

Our Expectations
• Proven experience in sales of software and services, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth; E-commerce and SaaS sales experience will be an advantage;
• 3+ years of experience in sales of software and services;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights and recommendations for improvements;
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities;
• A passion for the software and services industry, and a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments;
• Strong research and analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English & Bulgarian;
• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation & paying attention to detail;
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus;
