Кратко представяне

The Senior IT Project Manager is a seasoned IT professional with sharp business acumen, superb people management skills and extensive experience of orchestrating challenging IT regulatory, architectural, transformation and post-merger, software development projects.

This is what you’ll do

  • Develop effective communications for affected stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed of project progress, issues and status against agreed project plan and business KPI’s;
  • Facilitate discussions within the organization to clarify the project scope challenges and project approach of IT initiatives;
  • Work closely together with business stakeholders, IT teams and product development to help co-innovate the best product solution;
  • Drive the projects from the initiation until closure including undertaking ultimate responsibility for the project success:scope and WBS definition:
  • planning of project phases and milestones
  • create project plan
  • task assignment
  • project monitoring and control
  • change management
  • risk and issue management
  • resource assignment
  • project estimates and delivery forecasting
  • dependency management
  • lessons learned
  • metric collection and reporting
  • Build cohesion within the teams and motivate teams to produce quality project deliverables;
  • Interfaces with various organizational departments to collect project related information and to build consensus regarding project direction, resourcing, and timeline;
  • Resolve conflicts and keep the teams focused and motivated. Suggest creative solutions to resolve impediments.

You bring us these skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of successful project management experience;
  • Project management experience in the software development projects of 10+ members size;
  • Experience in transformation and post-merger project and program assignments;
  • Prior banking or FinTech experience, as well as experience in complex IT regulatory, architectural, transformation and post-merger projects is a strong advantage;
  • Excellent people management, negotiations as well as verbal and communication skills that can adapt to various audiences including executives and customers;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve;
  • Full SDLC exposure and prior experience in Agile environment would be considered as an advantage;
  • Result driven person willing to take on challenges in a very intense and dynamic environment, create structure and understanding to help bring new IT solutions to life;
  • PMP or similar project management certification;
  • Proven success working in multi-cultural teams cross-functionally and bringing together diverse team members and perspectives to find solutions;
  • Willingness to travel depending on the project (30%). Business teams and stakeholders are based in Bulgarian, Dutch and German offices.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken);
  • Good level of German would be considered as a plus.
