For one of our clients - a leading company in the BPO area - we are looking for a Senior Data Analyst.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Contribute to organization-wide data reporting with regular and ad hoc analysis;
* Own critical analysis of KPIs, eliminate data conflicts and perform statistical analysis as necessary;
* Analyze and create in-depth statistics related to the performance of the company’s projects;
* Partner with managers to design experiments in order to test hypothesis and help with idea generation and refinement.

Requirements:
* Excellent English skills;
* Previous experience in a BPO company;
* 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience;
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards;
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
* Ability to work effectively with strict deadlines;
* Technical skills: Six Sigma.
