You will work for Comdirect – a Leader company in the German direct banking market providing online securities business for modern investors, a complete range of services for private customers, brokerage, banking and advice. More than 3 million customers use its products and services in the B2C and B2B business line. Their online platform has approximately 200 million page impressions a month, and it’s one of Germany’s most heavily used financial websites.

Your role:

You will act as a Scrum Master of a local distributed team, working on variety of existing or new applications in the banking sector such as payment, risk management or even CRM and ERP.

You will implement solutions applying clean code concepts, working with modern technologies.

You will be in direct communication with the business stakeholders, and you will travel to Germany in order to clarify the roadmap and backlog for future sprints.

Your profile:

Relevant university degree within IT.

6+ years of professional Java experience.

Proven experience with Agile methodologies, excellent understanding of Scrum.

Very good analytical skills, with previous experience in large business domain such as banking, insurance etc.

Strong knowledge in Object-oriented software development and Design Patterns.

Fluency in English and German is a must.

Strong interpersonal skills - team oriented person, with the ability to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients
