We are seeking a Scrum Master / Kanban Practitioner to join our Agile crew. The ideal candidate should have expertise in implementing and maintaining the Kanban methodology to help us with building up Paysera Agile Framework to support rapid company growth. 
  
 You will be responsible for:
  • Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality;
  • Implementing and maintaining Kanban methodology with your teams as well as being part of the Agile crew (7 Agile practitioners (Scrum, Kanban). 
  • Be a servant-leader of  2 tribes (teams) accountable correspondingly to Accounting and Core Banking services.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track team performance and service delivery efficiency.
  • Continuously improve the Kanban process to enhance service delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Coach team members on the Kanban methodology and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Contributing to Agile knowledge base 
 From you we expect self-motivation and:
  • understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
  • proven experience in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment  - Kanban method (it is a must), Scrum (optional);
  • familiarity with Jira/Confluence;
  • experience working with multiple and/or distributed teams (would be a plus);
  • good problem solving and conflict-resolution skills;
  • the ability to adapt to a changing environment;
  • strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills;
  • time management skills;
  • knowledge sharing;
  • Strong facilitation and mediation skills;
  • good verbal and written English;
  • Kanban certification (would be a huge plus);
  • Scrum certification (would be a plus).
