Job description
• Introduce and promote Company’s image in major verticals in the Bulgaria.
• Actively search new sales leads (through social media, cold calling and participation in trade shows and exhibitions)
• Convert sales leads to contacts and create new opportunities for sale
• Extend customer data base by finding new customers
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Grow business with existing customers by increasing our share, cross selling and upselling
• Promote all company products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain relationships with influencers regarding customer’s decisions
• Collect market information and follow up competitors’ actions in his area of responsibility
• Maintain excellent knowledge about market regulations, trends, main players in his area of responsibility
• Update CRM with all required information, activity etc.
HARD SKILLS
• At least 3 years of working experience in b2b sales preferably in Service sector
• Fluency in English language
• Computer literacy (internet, Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge of CRM will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of Social Networks desirable
• University degree in Business Administration or relative field will be a strong plus
